Data from Instagram comments

If you comment a keyword such as "swap" on an @print.swap post, we send you a private message with a link to the app. To do this and avoid messaging you twice about the same comment, we keep a record of your Instagram username and ID, your comment, the post it was on, when we replied, and whether the message was sent. We delete this record after 90 days.

To have it deleted sooner, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and include your Instagram username. We will delete the record and confirm by email within 30 days.

Either way, a copy may stay in our secure backups for up to 98 more days, and is then deleted too.

The private message and your comment stay on Instagram until you delete them there.

Your Print Swap account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app. If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account.
